Collingtree Park has installed an Internet Tee Reservation System. This service allows members to book tee times via the club website 24/7 with advanced bookings of 10 days.
This booking service is an integral part of the club’s live computerised booking system, hence tee time availability is accurate and up to date to the second from anywhere in the world.

How To Register For Online Booking

In order to set up your account, first you need to register your e-mail address with the club, then the club needs to verify your name and membership number and will activate your account. When this is done you will receive a confirmation email automatically and you will be ready to book online.

The 4 Easy Steps To Booking Online

We have tried to make booking process as straight forward to use as possible so that you can make your booking, quickly and easily. All bookings are completed in the following 4 stages:

Stage 1: Select the day you want to play
Stage 2: Select the tee time you want
Stage 3: Enter the guests’ names or membership number (if known)
Stage 4: Display and email confirmation message

Your booking is only confirmed if you proceed to the last stage.

Cancellation

Cancellation of bookings cannot be accepted via the on- line system. All cancellations need to be phoned via the pro shop.
