As a fundraising initiative the day was a roaring success exceeding all of our expectations. With your help we were able to smash our targets and raise £2,900.00 - a great effort I'm sure you'll agree.

In addition the day was a fantastic way to raise awareness of a terrible disease and of the work of a locally based but nationally reaching charity.

Just a short note to say thank you for a great day at Collingtree Park Golf Club on Friday April 20th 2007.

Due to unforeseen traffic problems on the way up (the M25 was shut totally for 90 mins) some of our group were late but you took control of the situation to allow us to tee off later than planned without making any fuss.

Everyone of us were very impressed with the course and the hospitality shown to us in the bar and pro shop and I would have no hesitation in recommending your venue to everyone.

On behalf of our Chairman - Shane Rose, Captain - Rodney Holt and all members of the Association I wish to thank you for hosting the recent event of the 'Winter Pro-Am Series' 2007 / 2007 season.

The way the course was presented was excellent considering the wet weather prior to the event. The putting surfaces on the day were excellent for the time of year. The Green Staff are to be commended for the addtitional effort made, this was appreciated, please pass on our thanks.

Also pass on our thanks to the friendly in house staff who made our day so pleasureable, the staff went out of their way to make the Association and its guests feel welcome.
