Our Head Chef, Joshua Phillis.
Josh joined the Greens team at the end of November 2016 and his food has received a number of compliments.
After receiving his NVQ’s 1- 3 in Hospitality & Catering and Patisseries, Josh has worked his way up the ladder from a Commis Chef position, gathering ten years of experience in catering and kitchen management. He was also awarded two Trip Advisor Certificates of Excellence in his previous role.

He is passionate about farm-fresh ingredients and we are very excited to see what he comes up with for our menu’s; expect plenty of local, seasonal produce with a rustic, country feel.
