Wishing a warm welcome to our new Head Chef, Joshua Phillis.
Josh joined the Greens team at the end of November and his food has already received a number of compliments, giving himself a jump-start on whipping up the kitchen for the festive season!
After receiving his NVQ’s 1- 3 in Hospitality & Catering and Patisseries, Josh has worked his way up the ladder from a Commis Chef position, gathering ten years of experience in catering and kitchen management. He was also awarded two Trip Advisor Certificates of Excellence in his previous role.
“I’m really happy to be here… [and] I’m looking forward to showing off my skills in January”.
He is passionate about farm-fresh ingredients and we are very excited to see what he comes up with for our new menu’s in the New Year; expect plenty of local, seasonal produce with a rustic, country feel.
